PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Cash or Check Only


• All teams must check in and PAY BEFORE THEIR FIRST GAME.


• No electronic payments will be accepted at the park.

SOFTBALLS

• Men’s Balls: $8 Each or $85 Per Dozen


• Women’s balls will be provided for all Women’s and Coed games.

COURTESY RUNNERS

• Courtesy runners may be anyone on the roster.


• Unlimited courtesy runners may be used for the same player each inning.


• In Coed, courtesy runners must be the same gender as the player being run for.

DESIGNATED HOME RUN HITTER (DHH)

• Teams may designate a DHH before the game.


• In Coed, teams may designate one Male DHH and one Female DHH.


• A DHH home run does not count toward the team’s home run limit.


• If a DHH is walked (intentional or unintentional), the next player eligible under that DHH designation may hit a home run without penalty until the DHH’s spot in the lineup comes back up.


• If a DHH is substituted for, the team loses the DHH privilege until the original player returns.

DOUBLE ENTRY

• Players may enter and re-enter the game up to two times in the same batting position.

PITCHING ARC

• Minimum: 5 Feet


• Maximum: 10 Feet

NO FLIP-FLOP RULE

• GSL does not use the USSSA flip-flop run rule.

MEN’S POOL PLAY

• DHH + 3 HR


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

MEN’S D BRACKET PLAY

• DHH + 3 HR


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

MEN’S E BRACKET PLAY

• DHH + 1 HR


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

WOMEN’S POOL PLAY

• DHH + 1 HR


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

WOMEN’S UPPER BRACKET PLAY

• DHH + 3 HR


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

WOMEN’S LOWER BRACKET PLAY

• DHH + 1 HR


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

COED POOL PLAY

• Male: DHH + 1 HR


• Female: DHH + 1 HR


• Home run limits are tracked separately by gender.


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

COED UPPER BRACKET PLAY

• Male: DHH + 3 HR


• Female: DHH + 3 HR


• Home run limits are tracked separately by gender.


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

COED LOWER BRACKET PLAY

• Male: DHH + 1 HR


• Female: DHH + 1 HR


• Home run limits are tracked separately by gender.


• Additional HRs are inning-ending outs.

PARK RULES

• No alcohol permitted in the park.


• No marijuana permitted in the park.


• Anyone observed consuming alcohol or marijuana will be removed from the facility.


• Music must be clean and appropriate.


• Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.


• Teams are responsible for the conduct of their players and spectators.

EQUALIZERS

This event is not open (except women’s), there will be equalizers in place for multiple divisions 
(Either 5 runs at the start of the game or an extra fielder)

Teams will play by the higher ranking teams HR Rules

MENS POOL PLAY

All men’s E teams will get an equalizer IF playing a men’s D team. 
Your pool play record does not seed you in brackets, it will go by runs scored, if there is a tie it will go by run differential. 

WOMENS

Womens is open, however understand that based on your roster, you may be placed in the upper division regardless of your results from pool play.

Old School (Men’s Rec) - Equalizer every game
Galacticas (Women’s E) - Equalizer every game 
Daddies N Baddies (Mixed E) - Equalizer every game 
Hired Guns + Tune Squad (Mixed C) - will give opponent an equalizer every game unless playing each other

Rosters and Roster Eligibility

The database will not allow an illegal player (classification) to be added to a roster including the pending players.  

 In  the event of a roster protest, any pending player will be ruled eligible as long as he can provide ID that matches his rostered name. The only protest that will be allowed is that a player that is in the game is NOT on the roster. Managers will be allowed to see the online roster of the opposing teams "pending" players if requested.
