Event Updates
PLEASE READ
As we head into 2026, I want to be very clear about expectations at events I run.
Adult slowpitch is losing park access across the country and its not because of youth sports alone. It?s because of repeated issues that parks are no longer willing to tolerate.
Trash left in dugouts, fields, and parking lots
Drinking where its not permitted
Smoking on or near the fields
Excessive cussing that families can hear
Fighting, threats, or aggressive behavior
These things cost us fields, dates, and entire complexes.
In 2026, this will be enforced:
Teams are responsible for their dugout and surrounding area
Park rules will be followed, no exceptions
Language must be kept in check
Zero tolerance for fighting or threatening behavior
If these expectations are not met, you will be asked to leave the park.
No refunds. No arguments. No second chances.
This isnt about being strict, its about protecting adult slowpitch and keeping parks willing to rent to us.
If you want to play in a competitive but respectful environment, youre welcome here.
If you cant follow basic rules, 2026 is not your year.
Lets do better so we can keep the fields we have.
WOMENS OPEN
Women's balls are provided for this event, I ask that you leave them on the field and retrieve any foul balls/homeruns if possible.
UNLIMITED HOMERUNS
NOTE - There may be some women not on the teams roster online due to their rank. Understand that this is an open roster event, but all players must be registered. So I will have a paper roster available for anyone wanting to see it for the ladies playing that are above their teams class that were unable to be added to their teams roster.

One courtesy runner per inning (one time per team) may be used. The courtesy runner can be any player on the roster. Once the courtesy runner occupies the base, the selected courtesy runner may not be exchanged for any other desired courtesy runner or substituted for while on the base unless courtesy runner is injured.
If the courtesy runner is still on base at the time her/her turn at bat comes up, that spot in the batting order will be an out.

Rosters and Roster Eligibility
All Rosters must be online.
The database will not allow an illegal player (classification) to be added to a roster including the pending players.
In the event of a roster protest, any pending player will be ruled eligible as long as he can provide ID that matches his rostered name. The only protest that will be allowed is that a player that is in the game is NOT on the roster. Managers will be allowed to see the online roster of the opposing teams "pending" players if requested.
