2025 VA USSSA Battle of Bull Run
Tournament Rules
General Rules:
HR Rule – Play the Higher HR Rule; D HR Rule will be 3 HR + DHH. E is 1 HR + DHH. All other HR’s will result in an out (June 1st starts the IEO rule).
- 1 Courtesy Runner Per Inning
- 1 Runner for the Pitcher(optional)
- USSSA Pitching Rule
- Pitcher Must Toe the Rubber
- Players may not hit an old 220 USSSA stamped bat, result will be an ejection
- Any USSSA stamped 12” ball may be used EXCEPT the Onyx ball
- Run Rule Will be 20 after 3innings; 15 after 4 innings; 10 after 5 innings
Pool Play
- No New Inning after 60 Minutes
Bracket Play
- If we begin Bracket Play on Time, the director will add 5 minutes onto the game clock for bracket play. Please help us stay on time during Pool Play.
