2024 VA USSSA Men's E State Tournament Rules
All national book rules will apply EXCEPT for the following:
1 courtesy runner per inning, may be anyone on the roster.
Courtesy runner for the pitcher is MANDATORY and may be anyone on the roster.
240 bats only, if appealed result will be an ejection. If team does not have a substitution, the game will result in a forfeit.
HR Rule Reminder: 1 per game; all others are IEO's.
