2024 Men's D State Tournament Rules
2024 VA USSSA Men’s D State Tournament Rules
National Rules will apply this weekend. Some of them are as follows:
HR Rule:
3 Home Runs per game - all others are Inning Ending Outs.
Exceptions to the National Rule:
Courtesy Runner:
1 Courtesy Runner per Inning. We will allow anyone on the roster this weekend, but please keep in mind when getting to your world events it will be ANYONE IN THE LINEUP.
Courtesy Runner for the Pitcher(Optional):
You may have a court esy runner for the pitcher and can be anyone on the roster. Please keep in mind you WILL NOT have this option at the world tournament level.
